Refund Policy

At Veora Organics, we take great care to ensure that every order is delivered in excellent condition.

Refunds or replacements are applicable only under specific conditions. A refund or replacement may be considered only if the product received is:

  • Damaged during transit (logistics damage)

  • Incorrect product delivered

  • Defective product

In case of any of the above issues, customers must inform our support team within 48 to 72 hours of delivery by sharing their order details and clear photographs of the product and outer packaging.

All requests will be reviewed by our team. Upon successful verification, a refund or replacement will be processed 2 to 4 working days.

Requests raised after the mentioned timeline or for reasons other than those stated above will not be accepted.
